Placements24 seeks a Remote Senior Software Engineer to join a fully remote engineering team. You will drive design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications, mentoring junior engineers and shaping the tech roadmap from your home office.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, strong backend (Python/Java/Node.js/C#) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue) skills, and solid RESTful API design with microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.
• Extensive experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
