Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a senior architect/lead role.
• Experience designing and building complex distributed systems (microservices, event-driven).
• Expertise designing APIs and microservices with cloud and containerization knowledge.
• Strong SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps mindset.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and document scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.
• Lead the technical design of new features and services, ensuring alignment with overall architecture strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our software development lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
• Proven experience designing and building complex, distributed systems using modern architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in designing APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
