Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy and management, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing large-scale social media strategies with measurable business results.
• Expertise in social media analytics, reporting tools, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
