Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of proven project management experience, with global/international projects.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams across cultures and time zones.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding R15 million.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Knowledge of global business operations and cross-cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, global projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks.
• Motivate and manage virtual cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to global stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across regions and time zones.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for global projects.
• Use project tools to facilitate collaboration and tracking remotely.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvements.
• Champion best practices in remote project management and framework evolution.
