Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead major architectural projects in a fully remote practice. You will provide design leadership, client liaison, and team coordination to deliver complex projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years post-registration experience, SACAP registration, and strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools. Remote work flexibility is a key feature of this role.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and SACAP registration.
• 10+ years post-registration experience managing diverse architectural projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, budgets and timelines.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design teams on medium to large-scale projects, ensuring design quality and objectives are met.
• Manage client relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee development of design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and professional standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects in a remote setting.
