E-Merge is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Virtual Card and Payments expertise to lead the direction and delivery of a Virtual Card solution. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and clients to define requirements, prioritise features and manage the product through the full development lifecycle.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience in Product Ownership / Product Management
• Strong Payments industry experience
• Proven Virtual Card experience
• Deep understanding of virtual cards, card issuing and/or payment platforms
• Experience owning and defining payment products from concept through to delivery; strong understanding of payment processes, integrations and digital financial services
• Experience working with technical development teams and managing product backlogs
• Strong experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements and use cases
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Experience working within Agile / SDLC environments
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations and modern software development
• Exposure to AI and LLM-based solutions would be highly advantageous
• Experience working with clients and managing competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with testing and quality assurance across product releases
