Together Staffing Group's client in the fintech/payments space is seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to define vision, strategy and roadmap. You will lead and scale the product function and oversee performance of the portfolio.

The role requires deep payments industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and strong Agile mindset to deliver client-focused solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles, preferably in fintech/payments/tech.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in fintech/payments/tech.
• Deep knowledge of payments industry incl. card-present and card-not-present processing.
• Proven track record delivering market-ready client solutions with measurable value.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, go-to-market, and managing financial performance.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
