Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Senior Procurement Analyst to join its fully remote team. You will drive strategic decision-making by delivering spend insights, supplier performance data, and market trends to inform cost-saving opportunities across the global supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement or financial analysis, strong Excel and BI skills (Tableau/Power BI), and the ability to communicate complex data clearly in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analysis, or financial analysis.
• Proven expertise in spend analysis, data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and process efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Create detailed reports and presentations on procurement metrics, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
• Support sourcing teams with data analysis for negotiations and category strategies.
• Develop financial models to assess the impact of procurement decisions and savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure data accuracy and alignment on procurement objectives.
