Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive PR experience with a strong campaign portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proven media relationships and crisis communication experience.
• Experience with PR software and media monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of current PR trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to boost brand visibility and reputation.
• Craft press releases, advisories, and PR materials for multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain media relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Lead crisis communication initiatives with proactive and reactive strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal comms for consistent messaging.
• Organize and manage media events and press conferences (virtual or in-person).
