Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience as a Narrative Designer or Storyteller, with a portfolio of published works.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of language.
• Proven ability to craft compelling characters, engaging plots, and rich world lore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write core story concepts, plotlines, character backstories, and dialogue.
• Design and implement narrative systems, including branching narratives and environmental storytelling.
• Collaborate with game designers, writers, and level designers to integrate narrative seamlessly into gameplay.
• Create detailed narrative design documents and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and lore across all narrative elements.
• Mentor junior narrative designers and contribute to building a strong narrative team culture.
