Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
• Expertise in comminution, flotation, leaching, and other relevant mineral processing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Analyze metallurgical test results and operational data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize mineral recovery rates and product quality.
• Troubleshoot complex metallurgical issues encountered in pilot plants and commercial operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to plant operations teams remotely.
• Conduct research into new metallurgical technologies and assess their applicability to company operations.
• Prepare detailed metallurgical reports, including process flow diagrams and recommendations.
