The role requires 8+ years in mineral processing and metallurgy, with expertise in flotation, hydrometallurgy, or pyrometallurgy, and strong data-analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral processing and metallurgy with a focus on plant operations.
• Expertise in flotation, hydrometallurgy, or pyrometallurgy.
• Proficiency in metallurgical simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex process issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities
