Placements24 is seeking a Senior Facilities Hygiene Manager for a fully remote role, leading a dispersed hygiene team and shaping company-wide hygiene strategies. You will develop programs, oversee audits, and drive health and safety innovations in a remote-first environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning are essential to succeed. The role requires extensive experience in hygiene or sanitation, with a focus on remote management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in facilities management, hygiene, or sanitation with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record implementing large-scale hygiene programs, preferably remote.
• Deep knowledge of health and safety legislation, sanitation best practices.
• Strong leadership, remote management, and communication skills.
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Master's degree or higher valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic hygiene and sanitation plans for a remote/hybrid workforce.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of hygiene professionals.
• Conduct virtual audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules.
• Research and implement innovative cleaning technologies and sustainable products.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to integrate hygiene into policies.
• Manage budgets for supplies, equipment, and external services.
