Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Sanitation Operations Manager to lead and optimize sanitation and cleaning programs across multiple sites. This fully remote role involves setting strategic direction, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement in sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading large-scale sanitation operations and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness and safety levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in sanitation, facility or operations management, with remote/oversight experience.
• Experience developing large-scale sanitation programs and policies.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sanitation strategies and operational plans for multiple facilities.
• Oversee procurement and management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and technology.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
