Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical Healthcare IT projects in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee EMR/EHR deployments, data analytics, and cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating clinical and IT teams across the organization.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 8+ years in healthcare IT project management, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on healthcare IT projects.
• Proven experience managing EMR/EHR implementations, clinical systems, or telehealth platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and IT best practices in healthcare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and drive results in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of complex Healthcare IT projects, such as EMR/EHR implementations, data analytics, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff, IT professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements and drive consensus.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new healthcare technologies and workflows.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare services.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and outcomes clearly and consistently to all relevant parties.
