About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the Oil & Gas exploration and production sector, is seeking a highly accomplished and motivated Senior Geoscientist (Exploration) to join their distributed, remote-first team. This critical role involves the interpretation of complex geological and geophysical data to identify and evaluate hydrocarbon prospects across various international basins. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in seismic data interpretation, prospect risking, and subsurface modeling. This is a fully remote position, offering unparalleled flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a key role in shaping the company's exploration portfolio and contributing to major discoveries. We are looking for an independent thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of exploration geology and geophysics. Your contributions will be vital in guiding exploration strategies and maximizing the success rate of our drilling campaigns. This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that embraces remote work and values top-tier talent, regardless of location. The focus will be on high-impact exploration plays requiring rigorous subsurface analysis.
