Placements24 invites a Senior Game Designer to join their internationally distributed team, working remotely from anywhere in South Africa. You will conceptualize, design, and document core game mechanics, systems, and player experiences for innovative titles.

Collaborating with artists, programmers, and producers, you will create detailed GDDs, balance gameplay loops, and ensure a cohesive player journey across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in game design, with at least 2 shipped titles in a senior role.
• Ability to design and document complex game systems and mechanics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration across teams.
