This fully remote role emphasizes developing digital fitness content and coaching individuals and groups through engaging sessions, using fitness tracking tech to monitor progress, and collaborating with a growing team in the Leisure & Sports space.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Minimum of 4 years as a personal trainer or fitness coach with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in using virtual coaching platforms and fitness tracking technology.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and client relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver personalized fitness assessments and training plans for clients remotely.
• Conduct virtual one-on-one and group fitness sessions, ensuring client engagement and adherence.
• Provide ongoing nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching to support client goals.
