Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Estimator with 7+ years of construction estimating experience to support bids for large-scale projects worldwide. You will analyze plans, quantify costs, and develop competitive bid proposals in a fully remote setting.

The role requires strong collaboration with project teams and procurement, with proficiency in CostX, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating, and Excel. This position offers flexibility and opportunities to work on high-profile projects globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction estimating on large, complex projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CostX, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, infrastructure).
• Analyze plans, drawings and tender documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop bid proposals and cost reports that are competitive and profitable.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
• Perform risk assessments related to cost and schedule for tender submissions.
• Utilize estimating software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and refine estimates throughout bidding process.
