Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Early Years Specialist and Curriculum Developer for a fully remote role. You will design, develop, and refine curriculum frameworks for young learners, drawing on EYFS, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches, and create digital and print learning resources.

You will lead remote teams, review curricula, stay ahead of ed-tech trends, and deliver online training for educators.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Early Years Specialist and Curriculum Developer to join their forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with a significant focus on curriculum development and instructional design.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating digital learning content and utilizing learning management systems (LMS).
• Proven ability to lead curriculum projects and manage cross-functional remote teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and assessment strategies for young children.
• Experience with various early learning frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in online collaboration tools and project management software.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup for remote work.
