Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join a distributed team. This role focuses on automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle from build to deployment and operations, working entirely from home.

You will enhance infrastructure, implement cutting‑edge CI/CD practices, and ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of cloud‑based applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related role.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
