Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years hands-on data science and ML experience.
• Proficient in Python or R and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong statistical modeling and data mining knowledge.
• Experience with big data tech (Spark/Hadoop) is a plus.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on large datasets.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy models in production.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and publish findings.
