Placements24 is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a fully remote team building next-generation financial technology solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models to optimize products and drive business growth.

You will work with distributed engineers and analysts, mentoring juniors and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will apply ML, data mining, and experimental design in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and help deploy

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on building and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Expertise in SQL and working with large datasets and distributed computing (Spark).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote-work autonomy.
