Placements24 is seeking a Senior Catering Operations Manager to oversee nationwide catering services in a fully remote capacity. This senior role requires strategic thinking, experience in large-scale operations, and the ability to lead remote teams across multiple event sites.

You will drive operational excellence by setting standards, managing budgets, and implementing best practices to improve client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership in catering operations and remote management is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic operational plans for nationwide catering services.
• Oversee remote daily operations of multiple teams and sites from planning to execution.
• Manage P&L including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation for catering operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of operations managers and catering staff.
• Establish and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures for consistency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
