• Collaborate virtually with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
• Design and document data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.

• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of data strategy implementation.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations on data strategy recommendations and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Strategist, with a focus on data-related projects.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and data strategies.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, data warehousing, SQL, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with various BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
