Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Structural Engineer specializing in bridge design to join our globally distributed team. You will lead design and analysis of highway, pedestrian, and railway bridges from concept to construction support.

The role requires a Master’s in Structural Engineering, 8+ years in bridge design, and proficiency with MIDAS Civil, SAP2000 or CSiBridge. PE or chartered status is preferred, and you will collaborate entirely in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in structural engineering with a focus on bridge design.
• PE or chartered engineer status is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, CSiBridge or similar.
• Experience with seismic analysis and design of bridge structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridge structures including highway, pedestrian, and railway bridges.
• Perform structural calculations and modeling using advanced finite element analysis software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members in a remote setting.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international bridge design codes and standards.
