You will translate architectural designs into buildable solutions, produce high-quality technical documentation, and ensure project delivery from a technical perspective.

Requirements include a National Diploma or B.Tech in Architectural Technology, SACAP registration, and 10+ years of experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM processes.

Qualifications

Proven SACAP registration as Professional Architectural Technologist.
National Diploma or B.Tech in Architectural Technology.
10+ years of architectural technology experience and construction documentation.
Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM knowledge.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings, construction details, and specs for complex building projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and manufacturers on technical matters.
Manage the technical aspects of project documentation and information flow.
Provide technical support during construction phases.
