Job summary

Rothenbury Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist to oversee receivables for a portfolio of Canadian businesses. You will manage billing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections across multiple entities, ensuring accurate records and timely cash receipts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or related accounting roles.
• Experience supporting Canadian companies is required.
• Full-cycle AR, collections and reconciliation experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and payment application proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and statements promptly and accurately.
• Apply payments to correct invoices and entities.
• Track aging and collect on overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Prepare collection forecasts and assist month-end close.
