Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic guidance and support to clients utilizing digital farming platforms.
• Analyze crop data, satellite imagery, sensor data, and other digital inputs to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and recommend customized crop management plans based on data analysis and agronomic principles.
• Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of precision agriculture technologies (e.g., variable rate application, drone technology).
• Troubleshoot and resolve agronomic issues encountered by clients using digital tools.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in digital agriculture, agronomy, and data science.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements for digital farming solutions.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars for clients on agronomic best practices and platform usage.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with a significant focus on precision agriculture and data analysis.
• Proven experience with digital farming platforms, farm management software, and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of soil science, plant physiology, and crop modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
