Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in an agency or SaaS.
• Strong written outreach and personalization skills.
• Familiar with outbound tools and sequencing platforms.
• Experience managing your own Salesforce pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal accounts and build accurate contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messages and optimize targeting with the sales team.
