You'll create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients while hitting volume goals with thoughtful outreach.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to source accounts, craft personalized sequences and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
