Blacksmith Agency LLC is looking for Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while shaping the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is not about blasting lists; it’s thoughtful outreach using tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping each touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
