Blacksmith Agency seeks a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, representing Blacksmith with professionalism.

Use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality. 2 years SDR/BDR experience and strong written communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
