Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. As part of our team, you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Account Executives to hit pipeline

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft targeted messaging.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and share feedback with the sales team.
