Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, with Salesforce experience to keep pipelines

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfort with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
