Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP and target verticals.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
