Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers for potential clients.

This remote role utilizes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality. You will collaborate with Account Executives and maintain clean CRM records as you scale

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
