You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time remote role requires crafting personalized outreach, using tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume and quality targets.

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
