Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role is remote within South Africa, with thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS preferred).
• Strong written communication with personalization skills.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; able to manage own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious, and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
