Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Ability to research and identify target accounts and decision makers.
• Proficient in outbound messaging via email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Experience using CRM to manage and forecast pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
