Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach, not just mass emails.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and write well.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRMs such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
