Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outbound sequences and drive pipeline. Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication and the ability to tailor outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms
• Comfortable working remotely in South Africa

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
