This is not about spamming a list; it is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
