You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone, and maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records to support a strong pipeline. This role is remote across South Africa and requires prior SDR experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and write clearly.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
