Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top-of-funnel activities—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers—to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high touch quality. Prior SDR or BDR experience in SaaS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
