Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over blasting lists, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping quality high.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
