You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota ownership.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
