Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, and create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

This is a remote, full-time position based in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
