Job summary

As part of the team, you will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients, and using thoughtful outreach rather than generic spam.

You will work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Able to craft personalized outbound messaging and sequences.
• Comfortable using outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP across SA.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
