Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, and create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

In this remote role, you will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role required, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and communicate clearly in written form.
• Experience with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
